In the midst of the biggest police crackdown the Dunes has ever seen, about 12,000 seasoned duners decided anyway that Glamis was the place to celebrate the dawning of the new Millennium. What changes are in store for the dunes, as federal policy continues to tighten down on this fabled off-road area?
