Olympics: BERLIN 1936

A collection of some 200 images from the 1936 Berlin Olympics was recently acquired by PHOTOSPORT. The perspective is unique: the photographer was one of the athletes. There are an unusual number of views from inside the Olympic Village; forbidden shots of athletes in training at the Reich Sports Field, and shots of female athletes, by now widely accepted in the Games.
